Installation & Instructions
1. Install the suction cup onto the lock body and tighten the
screws.
2. Open the lock cover with the keys.
3. Use the rocker to shake the lock arm to the proper width.
4. Put the suction cup lock into the wheel.
5. Use the crank to shake the lock arm to a tight state.
6. Lock the lock cover and shake the suction cup with a rocker.
